T-Mobile Travel

DESIGN SYSTEM, UI/UX, MOCKUP PROTOTYPING

OVERVIEW

T-Mobile sought a global visual overhaul of its corporate site, aligning it more closely with consumer standards and prioritizing an enhanced experience on mobile and tablet devices.

DETAILS

Working with T-Mobile’s in-house design team, our agency built a comprehensive digital design system for client handoff and used it to create component-based webpage layouts and responsive, interactive prototypes. The redesign also involved adapting to Adobe Experience Manager, T-Mobile's new CMS, for an integrated online presence.

T-MOBILE TRAVEL UPGRADE

One section of the site requiring updating was T-Mobile Travel. Using our design system as a guide, I paired with a UX Content Strategist to outline the benefits of using T-Mobile Travel in a more compelling way. In the process of building this webpage layout, I created a new header hero style that proved stylistically suitable with the rest of the design system and was subsequently incorporated into the creation of other webpages.

EVOLVING AN ENTERPRISE USER EXPERIENCE

Through the addition of many incremental, transformative concepts, our agency cultivated T-Mobile’s existing design language system and enhanced its function as the holistic source of their visual brand.

TEAM MEMBER FEEDBACK

“Kylie is one of the most calm, confident, and grounded designers I’ve ever worked with. She is very thoughtful and insightful when solving for customer pain points and it truly shows in her designs. Her positive attitude and willingness to take on projects outside of her comfort zone also add to the huge value she brings to any project.”
